UWMF: 1) Complete Exam QA form in PACS. 2) If no finding, then dictate in PenRad as suboptimal and BI-RADS N/A. 3) If there is a finding, then dictate in PenRad as you would for a finding to include recommendation for additional views for the technical repeat
